Inside Sales & Pricing Analyst POSITION As inside sales & pricing analyst you support the sales and operations team to manage opportunities by sourcing pricing in accordance with the company’s main products (ocean, air, road).
You provide customer quotes and negotiation with providers.
You are responsible for following up on bookings and communicating with customers, agents and suppliers worldwide.
You have direct communication with customers and seek solutions to any problems.
In addition, you have various contacts with shipping companies, customers and transporters.
You update offers on a regular basis and closely follow up the purchase rates of the various shipping companies.
You keep internal systems up to date with quotes, shipping instructions and relevant data.
You are also responsible for informing your colleagues in the departments concerned correctly and on time.
PROFILE You hold a degree in international logistics or related areas.
We are looking for a highly motivated candidate who has at least 1 years’ experience in a freight forwarder role.
You have strong knowledge of local carriers and you have developed an extensive network of local haulers, shipping agencies and other logistic suppliers.
You deliver excellent service – towards customers and colleagues all over the world.
You have a pro-active attitude and are always solution-oriented.
You are PC Literate and have strong written and verbal communication skills.
You speak and write English fluent.
You like a healthy level of stress in your function and you are willing to work for a business in full expansion.
