The team are a go-to provider of enterprise cloud contact centre technologies, and as such put huge importance on infrastructure and cloud scalability and reliability.
This is a brand new team, taking responsibility for enterprise platform services across bare metal and cloud, with a particular focus on managing DNS challenges, ensuring compliance with FedRamp and modernizing infrastructure (as an example currently moving from VMware to OpenStack).
We are seeking Infrastructure Engineers with.
Experience managing and administering DNS in an enterprise environment across both on-premise and cloud Broad infrastructure knowledge covering Linux environments, compute and storage systems Scripting or development skills with Python Salary.
up to ⬠(potentially higher for leadership roles) plus 5% bonus, substantial stock options (paid yearly), private health, meal allowance, life assurance and an additional stock purchase scheme.
Location.
Porto on a hybrid basis, around two days in office per week with some flexibility.
