What are we looking for? Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems; Knowledge of IT infrastructure components such as.
server, load balancer, firewall, DNS, Active Directory, SMTP, Citrix, Avamar, Backup, Storage and VMWare; Knowledge of ServiceNow, CMDB management, Change management processes as it relates to disaster recovery planning; Experience working with datacenter operations (cloud or on-premises); Fluent in English.
