This should be simple for an expert who knows what they’re doing.
This is a client attorney brief in which I have documents, screenshots, pictures, and videos.
It needs to be simple simple easy easy.
Instead of emailing hundreds of attachments I have thought it out well and have it organized in a very clear and concise way to navigate to the section over category, which will include the documents, pictures, etc.
Needed.

Login page 2.
Landing page Mandy page will be fixed and non-scrollable.
The attorney will be able to navigate to everything from the landing page.
The page will never disappear but when he opens the document it will come up in the same window and once he finishes he will close it out back to that same landing page.

There will be two timelines on the landing page in which he can click to open and scroll over the events on the timeline at which point each event will have a small pop-up box with a description and a link to the corresponding documents.

I have two text message conversations that have been transcribed with page numbers, highlights, and notations.

I also have an index for each text message conversation which list out the subject matter and page number.
The master transcribed text messages can live on the back end where he can just click on the subject matter which should link to those page numbers and pull them up on that same static sort of landing page.
He will have the opportunity at the bottom of each index to click view hole transcription.

I would like in the bottom right hand corner an “attorney note box” where he can type out notes on every page she navigates to to include every document that is opened within a section.
I would like to discuss if there is a way to have a log if he wants to access all of his notes or have me login and look at his notes without having to click on every single button and document and picture in the entire brief in order to find out where he left notes where he did not.

Lastly, if possible I would like to have a dashboard or something for the lack of a better term to be able to see when he logs in and how much time he is spending looking over the website as well as each document.
This would give me a very good understanding of How serious he is taking the matter.
I suggest an initial zoom call where I can share my screen and walk one through how it has been organized.
