BETTER Tasks Develop and maintain mobile applications using Java/Kotlin and Objective C/Swift.

Collaborate in crossfunctional teams to define design and ship new features.
Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
Work as a strong individual contributor and as part of a mixed skill agile team Ensure that all features are robust secure scalable and well documented.
Work with hardware integrations like barcode scanners cameras printers and payment terminals.
Participate in and occasionally facilitate relevant SCRUM events including feature refinement estimation daily standups and retrospectives.

Requirements 5 Years of experience of proven track record as Software engineer Proven experience with Java/Kotlin Android development.

A solid understanding of the deployment lifecycle for both Android Play Store iOS App Store and Windows app store Experience with hardware via USB Bluetooth and Ethernet.

A good sense of best practices and what makes clean written and maintainable code.
Ability and desire to technically mentor other engineers.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and software tools (we use Jira Bitbucket Confluence).
Fluent in English.
