oordinate the configuration of functionalities with the vendors, based on user requirements.

upport the Team leader in the Designs and deployment for the stream of Talent and Performance in the scope of the HR Digital Transformation (transitioning to Workday).
rovide technical expertise on Performance Management, Talent Marketplace, Opportunities Hub and Talent Management.
articipate in the deployment of Global components.
upport and manage the deployment of Visier for Performance and Talent.
omply with guidelines on Documentation, Change Management and Audit processes.
eport to Management and evaluate potential support, project risks and priorities..
upport.
ngoing troubleshooting, user support, system maintenance to ensure customer satisfaction.
nsure systems support (incident management, change management, etc.).
anage the system release, coordinate validation activities with the development and execution of testing.
ssist users while appropriating solutions, if and whenever required..
kills & ExperienceMore than 8 years of professional experience in HRIS administration, configuration, and support.
roven track record of successful HRIS implementations.
xperience with tools such as.
SAP HCM, Workday, and Visier.
xperience in developing test scenarios and documentation.
nowledge of HR processes and practices, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and learning and development.
elevant certifications/training in Workday, SAP HCM, or Visier are a plus.
roficiency in English is mandatory, French is an advantage..
