Assisting in the different areas of Human Resources that affect affiliation and payment processes, including.
hiring processes, terminations, upkeep of master data related to compensation and benefits, absences, retirements, statistical reports for internal and external Administration, administration of systems, and processes for calculation of payroll and payments to employees, implementation of compensation programs and benefits, management and selection of external suppliers, etc.
Job Description Mission.
Assisting in the different areas of Human Resources that affect affiliation and payment processes, including.
hiring processes, terminations, upkeep of master data related to compensation and benefits, absences, retirements, statistical reports for internal and external Administration, administration of systems, and processes for calculation of payroll and payments to employees, implementation of compensation programs and benefits, management and selection of external suppliers, etc.
Responsibilities.
Administrative management of personnel including contracts, agreements, payroll, vacations, and leaves.
Coordination with the payroll provider, compiling and organizing all necessary documentation.
Support in the new hire and/or termination of workers communication to the local authorities.
Provision of labor support, to clarify doubts related to labor relations.
Organization, planning, and monitoring of new incorporations onboarding process.
Coordination and management of internships.
Coordination with local authorities and external HR suppliers (i.
., health, life, and accident insurance, etc.) Delivery of mandatory Government reports Promote a good environment at work, creating work relationships with workers.
Support and presence in meetings with workers and their managers in conflict situations, always in search of solutions and having the image of support from the Acciona HR Department Organization of activities to promote connection, commitment, and co-responsibility between teams (i.
., team building) Local labor advice to the management team and coordination with local labor advisors.
Information to the management team and workers about changes in current labor legislation Assisting and monitoring with development and training budget, needs, and plan.
Assisting with the full cycle of recruiting #LI-BR1 Required Skills and Competencies Bachelor’s degree in human resources Minimum 3 years of experience in HR admin or payroll position.
Languages.
Portuguese native, English professional and Spanish is a plus Soft Skills.
Proactive, business-oriented, good communication skills, capable of working autonomously, and open to working globally with different stakeholders.
