Job Description.
* Support administrative processes for (COMPANY NAME) HR partners in Portugal; * Support in the complete and timely maintain data into SAP.
Data and employee lifecycle and event management related to employees (from onboarding to termination); * Maintenance and control of personnel documentation (electronically); * Preparation of reports; * Contact with external entities (e.
.
Social Security); * Internal control processes; * Participation in international projects for the development of HR processes and systems; * Responsibility for some of (COMPANY NAME)'s HR IT Systems; * Contribute to achieve team and department's goals and targets.
Qualifications.
* High School Level Diploma as a minimum, Human Resources Degree or other relevant area would be preferred; * Portuguese on a native level; * Good written and verbal communication skills in English; * Experience in HR or shared services industry (is a plus); * A keen interest in a career in HR shared services (is a plus); * Solid MS Office tools knowledge (Word, Excel and Outlook).
* Strong customer focus with results and quality orientation; * Solid collaboration skills and proactivity
