Job Description The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for the assurance of meeting and exceeding the luxury standards of Housekeeping that is expected at Fairmont Orchid.
This individual will succeed by working with the Assistant Director in recruiting for the best talent, perpetuating superior training/retraining and ensuring standards are consistently upheld.

Upholding brand (LQA) standards of the department.
eview LQA audits to identify areas of improvement and implement initiatives to improve service.
anage all housekeeping colleagues to include interviewing, retention, training, coaching and discipline.
aintain colleague performance logs and escalate concerns to ADOH.
onduct continuous inspections of all areas to ensure that quality standards are being met and SOPs are being followed.
ssist in maximizing hotel profitability by property managing expenses, labor and other resources.
ssist in the administrative and management of the Housekeeping operation to include but not limited to payroll, scheduling and other duties.
versee inventory and top off PAR levels as needed.
wn all guest complaints at the highest level and follow though to ensure complete satisfaction.
uarantee 100% quality of all VIP and Site Visit rooms.
nvolvement in special projects.
n the absence of the Assistant Director of Housekeeping, assist the Director of Housekeeping to ensure all responsibilities and tasks are met.
