Job Description.
We are looking for candidates that are passionate about interaction design and have a soft spot for UI design.
Our Ideal candidate has a good understanding of the users' needs to better improve the UX of a product.
At the same time, you have an eye for consistency and corporate identity across all products.
You radiate design thinking spirit and are interested in growing your passion with our team.
Your contribution to something big.
This UX team is responsible for understanding, implementing, and maintaining the (COMPANY NAME) user experience for the next generation of (COMPANY NAME) Measuring tools with focus on HMI.
As part of the UX team, you will not only work with other designers, researchers, and design thinking coaches, but also with product managers, product owners and software developers.
Together with our product experts, you will develop the (COMPANY NAME) Measuring Tools of tomorrow, using key skills such as.
* Scribbles, storyboards, wireframes, click dummies and pixel-perfect UI design to develop innovative interaction concepts for hardware products; * Increase the joy-of-use of our products through outstanding illustrations, icons and animations (high-resolution, as well as pixel art) - Figma and Illustrator; * Work with engineering teams to design user interactions with a product using LEDs, buzzers, touch displays, keypad...; * Iterate and update prototypes, models, and functional concepts based on user driven feedback.
Qualifications.
What distinguishes you.
* Bachelor degree in the field of UX which can include.
Interaction, graphic, media, information design or comparable, usability, human-machine interface or design of software applications; * Experience in using common design tools (Figma and Illustrator); * Excellent graphic design skills; * Relevant experience with user-centered design approaches in the field of HMI development and UX methods; * Creative, reliable, independent and responsible person who appreciates working with others to achieve goals; * A strong hands-on mentality and a strong interest in the technologies of tomorrow; * Hability of presenting your ideas passionately and confidently to the team and stakeholders; * Fluency in English.
