We are looking for an experienced Head of People & Culture that will establish the foundation for the future HR operation implementing relevant processes and systems.
The Head of People & Culture is a member of the local management team of Coloplast Manufacturing Portugal.
For the first 1-2 years will build the organization, implement HR systems andprocesses, and should expect to be both hands on and work more strategicallywith management to build the culture and foundation for Coloplast.
Responsabilidades Key areas of responsibility specifically during start-up of the organization.
- Drive the establishment of a new manufacturing organization by recruiting and on-boarding the right leaders and employees.
- Build and shape the leadership, culture, and ways of working in close collaboration with site management, global People & Culture, and other manufacturing sites.
- Establish the salary structure and employer relations foundation for Coloplast in close collaboration with global and local partners.
- Implement global and local People processes and HR systems, incl.
Payroll.
- Establish a competent People& Culture team to professionally support the sustainable growth and performance mindset of the site.
Areas of responsibility when the site has been established.
- Lead the HR team of Coloplast.
- Ensure availability of the required workforce now and for the future - Ensure that all People processes are in compliance with local legal requirements as well as living up to company standards.
- Ensure effective HR controlling and reporting processes (planning, budgeting, analyzing, monitoring) - Implement and maintain an effective employee training and educational program in accordance with development plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships to corporate People and Culture functions and HR departments at other Coloplast manufacturing sites.
- Ensure local roll out of corporate HR initiatives and adherence to the yearly corporate HR-wheel.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with external suppliers of HR services.
Requisitos - Relevant degree in Management, Human Resources, Psychology (B.
Sc.
or higher) - 5 + years of previous experience as a Head of HR in manufacturing or related areas, preferably experience in start-up and ramping up a manufacturing site.
- Experience of managing projects in complex environments.
- Experience of managing relationships with third party suppliers.
- High level of knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and Portuguese employment laws - Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - High level proficiency in oral and written Portuguese and English - Knowledge about ISO
