If you consider yourself a “doer”, who strives to create the best customer engagement and focuses on providing the best insights on client to business interactions - then we must talk.
What are you going to do? Operations Team management, ensuring that all the goals and needs are met.
Focus on customer loyalty and build strong relationships with app developers.
Ensure the best onboarding experience for new developers.
Foster a customer-centric team environment.
Develop and execute success plans including strategies to meet business objectives and stakeholders goals.
What are we looking for? Mandatory.
Bachelor’s degree; 8+ years of previous experience with customer management in mobile or digital area.
Previous experience with team leadership.
Customer-first mindset and enjoy building and maintaining relationships.
Fluency in English.
Proactive and outstanding communication skills.
Strong organisation and presentation skills.
