HEAD OF DATA AND ANALYTICS PLATFORM

Sobre o nosso cliente This new team will be working full remote and will be responsible for the Data & Analytics platform that integrates business/enterprise, customer and market data.
It will also interface with the digital unit within the company that deals with medical, hospital and IoT data from our products at doctors or healthcare providers.
The team will architect, design, implement as well as run the global Data & Analytics platform.
It will also engage company-wide communities of Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, and Cloud & Data Architects.
The main goal is to create a Company-wide team to pioneer advanced analytics, including ML and AI, establishing the framework for Global Data Analytics.
Through collaboration, each model contributes to collective intelligence, driving innovation and synergy.
Descrição Responsible for developing, running and continuously refining an easy-to-use, modern and lean/cost effective cloud engineering for the organization world-wide, together with a team of data and solution architects and MLOps experts.
Help market and communicate the value proposition of the cloud environment to both key business and technical users.
Drive adoption and broaden usage of modern data technologies and cloud environments within the company.
Understand key priorities of the business in terms of smart automation and advanced analytics scope.
Ability to translate these needs into requirements for the cloud platform and implement these in an efficient, compliant, scalable and cost-effective manner.
Define and implement required standards within the organization in collaboration with key stakeholders such as Data privacy, Cyber Security and Compliance to ensure compliant data activities end-to-end.
Perfil ideal At least 6-8 years of relevant working experience, ideally in pharma/healthcare/med-tech environment.
Team management experience in the area of data, cloud and solutions architecture.
Strong external vendor management skills, given our partly outsourced structures.
Strong architectural skills to enable modern, lean scalable cloud structures.
Experience in working with and leading external teams to help implement solutions.
Proven ability to work across structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data, extracting information and identifying linkages across disparate data sets.
Strong experience in multiple database technologies such as.
Distributed Processing, Traditional RDBMS, MPP, NoSQL.
Strong understanding of Information Security principles to ensure compliant handling and management of data High proficiency in at least one programming language - Javascript, Python, Scala or Java Experience in infrastructure as code using e.
., CloudFormation or similar (Terraform) Strong experience and interest in Cloud platforms (preferably Azure) and all its services and ecosystem Strong experience in traditional data warehousing / ETL tools.
Proficiency in architecting, building and maintaining cost-efficient and scalable cloud environments Ability to understand business and create cloud-bases solutions to fill those objectives Result-driven, be an analytical and creative thinker Ability to work with cross-functional teams and bring business and data science closer together - consultancy experience a plus Fluency in English a must, additional languages a plus Vantagens A technical management position with growth opportunity.
