Lead and supervise the day-to-day operation of the Guest Services department to ensure service standards are followed with friendly and engaging serviceHandle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guestsProvide unique experiences to all of our guests through warm, personal & detailed service in a luxury, upscale and fast paced environment.
nsure a positive first impression of the resort for our guests through detailed cleanliness, set-up and ambiance control.
emember individuals names and their preferences to extend a personalized serviceAssist other rooms division departments with their operations during peak times or when requiredSupport Guest Service Ambassadors, Expeditors and Limo/Shuttle Drivers, as needed.
