Your Role.
As a German-Speaking Social Media Moderator, you'll be responsible for monitoring and moderating user-generated content in German-speaking communities.
From comments and posts to images and videos, you'll work tirelessly to maintain a positive and respectful atmosphere, enforcing community guidelines and policies with fairness and consistency.
What You'll Do.
Monitor user-generated content in German-speaking communities to ensure compliance with platform policies.
Review and assess reported content, taking appropriate action based on established guidelines.
Engage with users in German to address inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate issues and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in content moderation, contributing to the evolution of our moderation strategies.
What You Bring.
Fluency in German (C1/C2 level) and proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
Strong understanding of social media platforms and online community dynamics.
