The ideal candidate should be fluent in both English and Spanish, as they will be handling clients from both languages.
Key Responsibilities.
- Email Management.
You will be responsible for handling my email correspondence, prioritizing emails, and responding to clients in a professional and timely manner.
- Scheduling Appointments.
You will help me in coordinating and scheduling meetings and appointments, ensuring my calendar is up-to-date and organized.
- Data Entry.
You will be required to assist with data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
ZOHO Expertise.
- Familiarity with Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and Zoho Creator is a must.
If you have experience in other Zoho applications, this would be a great advantage.
Communication.
- As for communication, I prefer to use a mix of Email, Phone, and Instant Messaging.
You should be comfortable and proficient in using these tools to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
Ideal Skills and Experience.
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant in a similar role - Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal - Proficiency with Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and Zoho Creator - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities This is a long-term, full-time position with the potential for growth.
