What You Will Do.
We are on the hunt for a seasoned and dynamic Full-Stack Developer & Team Lead to spearhead our team in crafting a state-of-the-art generative AI platform.
This pivotal role not only demands expertise in both front-end and back-end development but also in leading a team with strategic vision.
The ideal candidate will possess a profound background in building scalable, multi-tenanted web applications and exhibit a keen interest in generative AI technologies, including large and small language models.
As a Full-Stack Developer & Team Lead, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing the graphical user interface (GUI) while ensuring seamless integration with our AI-powered backend system.
This position calls for a blend of advanced programming skills (particularly in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS), a solid grasp of database management, and architecture principles, coupled with leadership qualities to guide and inspire the development team.
Responsibilities.
Design, develop, and oversee the front-end and back-end of a multi-tenanted GUI, setting a high standard for code quality and innovation.
Ensure cross-platform optimization for mobile devices and uphold the responsiveness of applications.
Collaborate closely with Machine Learning Engineers to integrate AI functionalities, including large and small language models, seamlessly.
Lead database operations, emphasizing schema design for multi-tenancy, data security, and performance optimization.
Champion robust authentication and authorization frameworks for multi-tenant environments.
Mentor and lead the development team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work culture.
Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the highest quality of code.
Stay ahead of the curve with the latest developments in web applications, programming languages, and AI technologies.
Qualifications.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with a preference for advanced degrees or certifications in leadership or project management.
Proven track record as a Full-Stack Developer with experience in team leadership or a similar managerial role.
Demonstrated experience in developing both desktop and mobile applications.
Deep familiarity with common stacks (e.
., MEAN, MERN) and generative AI technologies.
Proficiency in multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.
., HTML/CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery) and back-end languages (e.
., C#, Java, Python) including JavaScript frameworks (e.
., Angular, React, Node.
s).
Expertise in databases (e.
., MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.
., Apache), UI/UX design, and specifically, experience with large and small language models.
