Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service while enjoying the flexibility of remote work? We're looking for talented individuals fluent in Italian to join our dynamic team as Customer Advisors, based 100% remotely in Lisbon, Portugal. Your Role:
Assist Customers through the various channels regarding queries about subscription, invoicing, technical troubleshooting.
Provide account and application support to Customers namely with regards to software functionality.
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
Requirements: Native or Fluent Italian + Fluent English (mandatory). Previous experience in Contact Centre or Customer Service (preferable) Good communication skills and a positive mind!
What We Offer: 100% remote work: Enjoy the flexibility of working from the comfort of your own home in beautiful Lisbon ☺ Schedule: Monday to Sunday – 08:00 to 21:00 (8H rotative shifts) // Days Off: 2 Days Rotational Base salary: 900€ (per 14 months) Meal Allowance: 7.23€ per day (meal card) Transport Allowance: 20€ per month (card) Performance Bonus: 100€ (per 12 months) Health Insurance since the 1st day Relocation Package (Apartment Room+ Reimbursement of Airfare).
