My students cannot view their certificates, despite successfully completing the course.
This theme runs with a number of plugins, but the one in direct concern is the Certificate addon for Learnpress.
It appears there might be some compatibility issues or bugs preventing the correct display.
Your task will be to troubleshoot and resolve this issue effectively.
Collaborate with me through the debugging process, and ensure that by the completion of this project, my students should be able to view and download their certificates without any problems.
The ideal candidate for this project should have.
- Proven experience and expertise on Wordpress and Learnpress theme - Proficiency in troubleshooting Wordpress plugin issues - An understanding of the Certificate addon for Learnpress - Excellent communication skills for providing updates, and solicit for information necessary to complete the task.
