The ideal candidate will have 23 years of relevant experience in financial management and a strong understanding of accounting principles.
As a Financial Manager you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health and sustainability of the organization by managing financial activities preparing accurate financial reports and providing strategic financial guidance.
Tasks Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
Analyze financial data and provide insights to facilitate strategic decisionmaking.
Monitor financial performance against budget.
Regularly review and update financial forecasts based on actual performance and market trends.
Identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
Generate and distribute financial reports to key stakeholders highlighting variances and key performance indicators.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Monitor cash flow and liquidity to support operational needs.
Forecast and address potential cash flow challenges.
Implement internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting financial management.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including auditors tax authorities and financial institutions.
Requirements Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field.
23 years of experience in financial management or a similar role.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial management software.
Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
Proactive and resultsdriven attitude.
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in financial matters.
