Descrição Manage day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, consolidation and financial reporting.
Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure departmental goals are met.
Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Analyze financial data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with other departments to support business initiatives and drive operational efficiency.
Participate in the development of the company's strategic vision and long-term planning efforts.
Propose and implement local solutions to address specific business challenges and opportunities.
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial reports, presentations, and analysis for management and stakeholders.
Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
Perfil ideal Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
Progressive experience in finance, accounting, or related roles, with experience in a team management position.
Background in BIG4 companies is valued.
Being a Certified Accountant is a plus.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve results.
Proven track record of driving financial performance and implementing process improvements.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems; advanced Excel skills preferred.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
