EXECUTIVE HUMAN RESOURCE HIRING SPECIALIST NEEDED

This will involve.
- Resume screening.
You will be tasked with carefully screening and reviewing resumes to select the most qualified candidates.
- Conducting interviews.
You will handle face-to-face or virtual interviews, asking key questions to assess the candidate's suitability.
- Coordination with hiring managers.
As part of your responsibilities, you will be coordinating closely with hiring managers.
- Short listing of relevant candidates.
From the pool of applicants, you will create a shortlist of the most promising candidates for further evaluation.
- Telephone interviews.
You will conduct an initial telephone interview to gauge if the candidate is a suitable fit for our company.
I am looking to fill more than 6 positions, so experience in mass-hiring or large recruitment drives would be ideal.
This role calls for specialization in the Sales and Marketing industry and Business Development roles, so a deep understanding and prior HR experience in these areas are crucial.
