I'm looking for a dual-role candidate who can efficiently handle both Executive Assistant tasks and Social Media responsibilities.
Administrative Support.
Manage executive's email inbox, drafting responses, prioritizing messages, and ensuring timely follow-up.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the executive team.
Conduct Phone Interviews Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Social Media Management.
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Create and schedule content across various social media platforms, including but not limited Instagram,and TikTok.
Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, responding promptly and appropriately.
Analyze social media metrics and performance to optimize content and strategies.
Content Creation.
Generate engaging and creative content for social media posts, including images, videos, and captions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with overall marketing campaigns and objectives.
Write blog posts, articles, and other written content as needed.
Digital Marketing Support.
Assist with running online advertising campaigns, including setting up ads, monitoring performance, and making optimizations.
Conduct keyword research and assist with SEO efforts to improve website visibility.
Provide support in managing and updating the company's WordPress website, including content publishing and basic maintenance tasks.
Social Media Goals.

- Proven experience in social media management - Exceptional organizational skills - Strong communication skills - Proficient in content creation and scheduling - Customer service experience is a plus If you're a versatile individual with a knack for social media, this might be the perfect position for you.
