Key Responsibilities.
- Event Planning and Organization.
Coordination of all necessary components for a successful event.
- Venue Selection and Booking.
Securing suitable venues that align with our requirements.
- Budget Management.
Ensuring that all financial resources are utilized effectively.
- Customer Experiences.
Creating an engaging and memorable experience for attendees.
- Traffic and Crowd Management.
Implementing strategies to maintain order and safety.
- Assessment of the Program.
Continuous evaluation to guarantee optimal outcomes.
- Procurement and Management of Materials and Suppliers.
Sourcing and overseeing the necessary materials and suppliers.
- Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) Plan.
Implementation of a comprehensive plan to safeguard all stakeholders.
This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in event management, with a strong focus on logistics, people management, and budgeting.
Experience in HSSE is highly desirable.
