EUIPO PROVISIONAL REFUSAL RESOLUTION NEEDED

I have encountered a provisional refusal of my trademark application, due to non-compliance with Article 33(2) of the EUTMR.
You must have experience of representing third parties before the Office (Articles ) and ) EUTMR).
Protection of the international registration for the European Union will be refused in part if I do not appoint a representative within the next 3 weeks (my time limit).
KEY TASKS as follows.
- Thoroughly examine the grounds given for provisional refusal provided by the EUIPO (highlighted on pages 8 and 9 of the attached PDF).
- Identify the terms used for the specific goods and services that the EUIPO state "lack clarity and precision" and so need to be further specified/ amended for compliance, as provided by the EUIPO (again, as highlighted on pages 8 and 9 of the attached PDF) - Remedy the deficiency by consulting with the Harmonised Database (HDB) at [login to view URL] Note.

- Communicate with the EUIPO on my behalf, ensuring that all necessary adjustments are made and any additional information they require is provided.
To this end, review the support documents relating to this mark (VERCZE) on pages 1-15 of the attached PDF and the two Australian Certificates Of Registration for a similar mark (VERSE) on pages of the attached PDF.
- Ensure that the revised application complies with all necessary regulations and requirements.
Ideal Candidate.
- Proven experience in successfully resolving provisional trademark refusals with the EUIPO.
- Proven experience in successfully using the HDB.
- In-depth knowledge of Article 33(2) of the EUTMR to remedy deficiencies.
- Excellent communication + negotiation skills + the ability to liaise effectively with the EUIPO on my behalf.
- A track record of delivering results in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that the trademark application process is not unnecessarily prolonged.
