ENVIRONMENT AND SAFETY COORDINATOR

Descrição: We are currently hiring an Environment and Safety Coordinator for a company with a large activity scope.O que terás de fazer- Develop and implement policies, programs, and procedures for safety, health, and the environment;- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, automotive customer regulatory standards and applicable legislation regarding safety and the environment;- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards;- Investigate workplace incidents and accidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective measures;- Organize and conduct training and information sessions for employees on safe work practices and environmental procedures;- Manage waste management programs, conservation of natural resources, and reduction of environmental impacts;- Maintain accurate records and reports of compliance with applicable legislation.O que precisas de garantir- Academic background in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Safety Engineering, or related fields;- Proven experience in similar roles;- Deep knowledge of safety and environmental legislation.- Ability to engage and motivate teams, promoting a culture of safety and environmental awareness;- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders;- CAP (Certificate of Aptitude Professional) of Technician Superior in Safety and Hygiene at Work, level VI, at a minimum;- Experience on automotive industry (preferential).O que te proporcionamos- Salary component in line with demonstrated experience;-Possibility of growth in a leading company.
