s the Engineering Manager for the Backend team at Indie Campers, you'll helm a skilled cadre of backend engineers.
Your realm will encompass the ongoing development and optimization of our backend infrastructure, primarily built on Ruby on Rails, microservices architecture, and AWS.
Your leadership will be pivotal in advancing our technical architecture and ensuring a robust, scalable backend that can support our platform's growing demands.

eep understanding of the core concepts of networking, security, distributed systems, and large-scale event-driven platformsBonus for experience in large scale online stores, payment systems or financial transactionsExperience with REST API's.

xperience with Microservices and building them from scratch.
