EMPLOYEE DATA ENTRY APP DEVELOPMENT

This app will primarily serve as a data entry tool (and basic data analysis) for the employees in our organization.
There are a few reference tables like Project, Category, Expense type, etc and then there is a main table called Expenses which has project, category, expense type, quantity, price as the columns.
These tables are currently available as part of my azure SQL database but I am open to suggestions if you want to store this data differently.
The main screen would show a list of projects on the left.
The right section will show details like total expenses, expense per category chart of the selected project.
Upon clicking inside the project you will see a list of expenses.
This screen should have functionality to add a new expense.
There should also be screens to create a new project, category, etc.
