Daily monitoring and clearing of system and document errors, trading partner setups, map development, code list maintenance; Third party partner interfacing; Communication via email/teams with Oracle developers, EDI team members, business contacts, customers, trading partners, and management; Trading Partner Setup, map development/testing; Technical and process documentation as needed; Daily interaction with the EDI team to stay aligned on daily support and project work.
What you'll need Full time education &#; Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field required; Excellent English & Communication Skills; Strong knowledge on IBM Sterling Integrator; Good understanding on any ERP (Oracle R12 Preferred); Experience supporting EDI integration with any ERP (Oracle R12 Preferred); Sound knowledge on Supply chain & B2B; Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud a Plus; Ability to project manage and collaborate with extended large teams for testing and new developments; Collaborate with internal staff to develop and test new or modified systems; Should be able to manage and lead the offshore team when needed; Flexible working schedule to support Europe and US time zone (12-9 PM IST / 4PM-1AM IST).
