to (Portugal Time) / Eastern Time Zone (EST) Location.
Remote (Portugalbased) Tech Stack.
Shopify Pack Digital Klaviyo Slack Jira Notion Tasks Manage endtoend digital project delivery across Shopifybased eCommerce platforms.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors/agencies to ensure timely and highquality delivery.
Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders ensuring clear communication and expectations.
Lead project planning scoping and resource management in line with Agile methodologies.
Monitor project progress identify risks and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track.
Drive continuous improvement across tools workflows and delivery processes.
Collaborate closely with marketing and development teams on platform integrations and enhancements.
Prepare and present clear concise project reports and updates for stakeholders.
Requirements Key Requirements 5 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Digital Delivery Manager Handson experience with Shopify (musthave) Experience managing or coordinating external agencies or vendors Strong stakeholder management and reporting skills Familiar with CMS tools Klaviyo and frontend frameworks Experience with Agile methodologies Availability to work in Eastern Time Zone (EST) to (Portugal Time) Excellent communication skills in English Tech Environment Shopify (backend) Pack Digital (frontend/CMS) Klaviyo (marketing automation) 3rd party integrations Slack Jira Notion
