As a result of the incredible growth of our client, we’re looking for bilingual speakers to join us and one of the world’s most well-known brands, as a Dutch Speaking Customer Specialist (M/F) - Call Center Agent, to work in Porto - Portugal.
Funções.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers; - Respond promptly to customer inquiries; - Communicate with customers by calls, tickets, emails or messages; - Know the product/service well; - Process customer requests and complains; - Track, document and retrieve information in call tracking database; - Increase customer loyalty by delivering a seamless experience.
Requisitos.
- Have a proficient or bilingual level of Dutch, and advanced level of English; - Have 6 months or 1 year of customer service experience; - Have call center experience; - Are living in or willing to relocate to Portugal; - Have flexibitity in terms of shifts; - Have effective communication skills and customer care skills – ability to listen and understand the customers needs; - Have strong computer navigation skills (you don’t need to be a pc nerd, don’t worry); - Have good disposition to work in a customer service environment.
Horário.
Full-time schedule of 40 hours a week, rotative, with the breaks provided by law.
Qualificações.
- High School.
Línguas.
- Proficiency in dutch; - Advanced english.
