Your Responsibilities * Log all inbound and outbound contacts and update customer records.
* Conduct technical troubleshooting for customers.
* Escalate relevant customer issues to higher departments.
* Assist with customer order fulfillment, including providing information, tracking orders, managing returns, and handling payment inquiries.
* Track and follow cases to ensure efficient closure.
* Maintain professional relationships with customers, showing empathy.
* Up-sell and/or cross-sell products or services when appropriate.
The Ideal Profile * Native level Dutch (C2), fluent English (C1) * Previous experience in Customer Support * Desire to work in Lisbon, Portugal * EU citizenship or valid Work VISA is necessary to hold before to start the application process.
