Part of your daily activities will be A chatbot is an artificial intelligence that can respond to a users questions (or prompts) on any subject with an almost humanlike understanding.
It performs textbased tasks like creating various forms of content summarizing text and translating between languages.
Content Reviewers working on our Chatbot team are responsible for reviewing Chat Bots textbased answers that were flagged by users as not okay by using the policies & guidelines to decide if the answers were offensive/dangerous.
You will visually review textbased content and escalate violations of Client policies using internal tools.
On this project you might review content that ranges from mild to very sensitive topics such as but not limited to profanity hate speech or violence.
We have programs in place such as the Feel Good Wellness 360 Program and detach hours to ensure you have the supports in place should you need them.
Attention to detail and quick decisionmaking skills are key for success in this role as the tasks can be quite repetitive.
Youll be working as part of a Global team with colleagues based in Poland (KRK) Ireland (DUB) Portugal (LIS) and Morocco (CAS).
