This is not a marketing or website development job - we're seeking a seasoned sales professional who can help us explore new business opportunities and close deals.
Key Responsibilities.
- Research and reach out to potential clients, including landscape companies, retailers, and garden centers in Dubai and potentially beyond.
- Present and pitch our range of outdoor plants, highlighting their quality and value.
- Work with potential clients to understand their specific requirements and tailor our offerings to suit.
- Persuasively negotiate and close deals, ensuring that both parties are satisfied with the terms.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and responsiveness in all interactions.
Skills and Experience Required.
- Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, preferably within the horticulture industry.
- Proven track record of successfully closing deals and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of the Dubai market and its key players in the outdoor plants industry.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive and strategic approach to sales.
- Familiarity with online sales techniques and tools is a plus.
Your sales approach will be key to your success in this role, so we're open to various strategies.
Whether you prefer direct personal visits, cold calling, or email marketing, the end goal is clear - generating and closing sales for our outdoor plant products.
