DONATION WEBSITE WITH WHATSAPP API AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

I'm looking for a seasoned developer to create a system website with integrated WhatsApp API and a specialty in donation and membership subscriptions.
A website to be developed for online donation & receipt facility to give an opportunity to serve Goumata at LILANANDA THAKUR PAGAL BABA.

- The main functionality of the website is to be a donation and membership system, specifically focused on handling donations and membership subscriptions.
- The WhatsApp API should be used for direct messaging with users, confirming bookings and scheduled messaging for important news and events.
Scope of Work.
1.
A responsive home page with some good look and feel needs to be created.
2.
The home page will have the following tab – Home, About, Donation, Membership & Contact.
3.
There will be an online donation and membership form with different fields to capture the data against the donor which will be stored in database for future use.
4.
User fill up form with his details and need to pay after signup.
5.
There will be provision for cash payment & online payment with UPI to make the donation process easy & secure.
6.
After donation or membership payment, the donor will get the receipt against his/her donation by email and WhatsApp.
7.
Provision to view the donation in details by searching name wise or phone number wise.
8.
Notification system.
9.
Email & Whatsapp integration with the system.
10.
Content upload operation & Subscription system.
DELIVERABLES A.
Sending Link - Admin user from the application panel on WhatsApp or email which they need to fill up with required details.
Document attached for your reference.
B.
Dashboard - Admin will see user details in a dashboard where he can manipulate (add / edit / delete) data.
C.
Notification System - Client will get notification based on few parameters like Birthday, Anniversary or any upcoming events.
As an automation via WhatsApp or email as documented in the attached file.
D.
News Share - There will be option for the Admin to share news and other from the admin panel via WhatsApp API.
E.
WhatsApp Integration - All the content and news will be shared by WhatsApp that will be integrated.
F.
Subscription - There will be a scheduled reminder system for subscription based on monthly or yearly.
You will provide as bug free support for website / application for any malware, virus, spam activity or speed related issues for the period of 1 year.
Domain, Server & WhatsApp API will be provided by the us.
