- Providing B2B service to small/medium-sized businesses for the market Greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their questions/potential complaints via phone, email, chat Informing customers about other business opportunities Providing accurate knowledge about the products Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role.
A native level of Dutch and at least B2 level of English Obtaining at least a high school degree Enthusiasm about online marketing products Knowledge of the value and impact that a good customer experience can create Being an attentive listener, comfortable and skillful at communicating with people Being energetic, innovative and working proactively at a fast pace Excitement about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle Living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon for an international career and life experience Having a valid Portuguese work permit (required) What's in it for you? Mon – Fri 8 to 18h (40h/week) Training.
5 weeks  Salary conditions – 2 options.
