Ihr Profil Hervorragende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Fliessende Französischkenntnisse (B2); Grundlegendes Verständnis der englischen Sprache; Gute Computer- und Internetkenntnisse; Schnelle Lernfähigkeit; Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit; Leidenschaft für Computerspiele sowie grundlegendes technisches Verständnis; Erfahrung in der telefonischen Kundenberatung / Call Center (bevorzugt).
