The ideal freelancer for this job would have robust experience in Python, Django and desktop app development.
Desktop App Development.
This involves creating an app with key features like user authentication, data synchronization, reporting and analytics.
The app should also have offline capabilities and be capable of integrating with third-party APIs.
Django Web App Improvements.
The existing web app needs two key enhancements - addition of new functionalities and performance optimization.
