As we expand our operations were seeking individuals fluent in Danish to join our dynamic team and contribute their linguistic expertise to our mission.
Position Overview.
In this pivotal role youll serve as a guardian of TikToks community standards ensuring a positive user experience for millions of global users.
Collaborating with a diverse team of moderators your responsibilities will include reviewing usergenerated content enforcing platform policies and nurturing a welcoming digital environment.
Responsibilities.
Conduct thorough moderation of usergenerated content on TikTok meticulously adhering to platform guidelines and community standards.
Identify and address potential violations such as hate speech graphic violence or nudity taking swift and appropriate action to maintain platform integrity.
Engage in constructive collaboration with team members and supervisors sharing insights and best practices to enhance moderation processes.
Maintain detailed records of moderation actions contributing to the continuous improvement of moderation workflows and strategies.
Stay abreast of industry trends emerging issues and evolving platform policies to adapt moderation approaches effectively.
Requirements.
Fluency in spoken and written Danish is essential complemented by at least a B2level proficiency in English.
Demonstrated attention to detail and the ability to thrive in fastpaced highpressure environments.
Sound judgment and resilience in handling sensitive content with professionalism and empathy.
While prior experience in content moderation is advantageous it is not mandatory.
Familiarity with moderation tools and software is a plus but not a prerequisite.
