Position Snapshot Location.
Lisbon, Portugal Company.
Nestlé Business Services Full-time / Hybrid mode   Position Summary As a Front-end Developer you will lead and coordinate the global roll-out of website content and features, creating and following a project timeline to activate those on both brand and D2C websites.
Provide guidance and training to the Webmastering team, support documentation creation and fix technical issues related to content and feature activation and testing by aligning with both technical agencies and 3rd party stakeholders.
Pilot new features and propose process/technical improvements.
A day in the life of...
•    Coordinate the global roll-out of content and features supporting both brand and D2C websites •    Coordinate the implementation of website features with the Webmastering team, Global brand team and technical support teams •    Provide documentation, guidance and technical training to both market brand teams and IBS webmastering team on how •    to activate website features •    Continuous tracking of feature activation and adoption on brand and D2C websites •    Creation of project timeline for the roll-out of technical features to all D2C and brand websites •    Creation of reports and presentation of status & existing/potential blockers for feature implementation •    Coordinating the resolution of technical issues with 3rd party stakeholders and techcnical agency •    Fixing technical issues related to feature implementation that can be solved at the CMS level and collaborating with the tech agency to implement code-related solutions in HTML/JS/CSS through ticketing coordination.
•    Front-end development (creating campaign landing pages, redesign, responsive solutions, UI/UX improvements, reviewing front end code).
•    Assistance in back-end development (creating modules, extending functionality, finding solutions to optimize the process, web page loading speed, avoiding errors).
•    Risk analysis, problem solving and planning of technical set up of project •    Supporting the implementation and testing of technical features •    Collaborating with technical agency to pilot new activities/features, providing feedback, and creating necessary documentation.
•    Proposing process and technical improvements for current operations.
What will make you successful •    Advanced technical expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript •    Experience with Bootstrap, Materialize or other CSS frameworks •    Experience in Website Development 2-3 years, with in-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment) •    Experience in configuring Magento, Adobe Commerce or similar CMS •    Full stack of web technologies knowledge.
Both front-end and back-end.
•    Proficiency in resolving technical i,ssues and implementing code-related solutions.
•    Experience in managing global projects with high-level internal and external stakeholders •    Experience in updating and creating documentation and guidelines for Webmasters.
•    Knowledge of feature implementation and testing processes.
•    5 years of experience in a technical project manager role •    Experience in creating project timelines and managing its deliverables, outlining the outputs and delivery timings required from multiple stakeholders •    Ability to cooperate with 3rd party vendors for website integrations •    Experience in piloting new activities and providing feedback.
•    Capability to propose process and technical improvements for current operations.
•    Strong communication skills.
Effective communication, both verbal and written, is crucial for coordinating with teams, providing guidance, and documenting processes.
•    Problem-solving abilities.
The ability to analyze issues and propose solutions is essential for resolving technical challenges.
•    Attention to detail.
Being meticulous in identifying and addressing issues, as well as ensuring accuracy in documentation, is important.
•    Adaptability and flexibility.
The ability to adapt to changes, learn new technologies quickly, and handle shifting priorities is valuable.
•    Relevant education or practical experience.
