CYBERSECURITY ENGINEER

Job Description We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join SIXT’s SecOps team as a Cyber Security Engineer (m/f/d).
The person in this role will play a crucial part in ensuring the security and integrity of SIXT’s information systems.
You will be responsible for monitoring, investigating, and responding to security incidents, creating playbooks and automations to enhance the team’s security capabilities, as well as conducting proactive security assessments and threat hunting.
You will work closely with the rest of the security organization, but also with other teams such as Tech, Operations, and other business units.

Qualifications Come as you are.
You hold a degree in IT or a comparable training with several years of professional experience in the relevant area  You have proven experience with at least one of the following.
DFIR, Threat Hunting, Security Operations, SIEM/SOC.
You have hands-on programming experience in one of the following.
Python, Powershell, Java, Golang, C++.
You are experienced in working with versatile environments and technologies, particularly with end point, organizational systems (mail, file storage) and cloud.
