Work from site (Lisbon) Company Overview.
Our client is a leader in its sector with a focus on customer satisfaction they are expanding their Frenchspeaking customer support team to ensure topnotch service to their clients.
Position Overview.
As a French Customer Specialist you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to french speaking clients on different financial aspects and products.
Key Responsibilities.
Handle incoming customer inquiries via different channels.
Provide timely and accurate information to customers questions and concerns.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Requirements.
Fluency in French (written and verbal) is essential.
Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
Degree in Finance or banking (Bachelor degree) Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Flexibility to work a hybrid schedule including remote and inoffice shifts.
Residence in Greece or willingness to relocate.
