Atualmente, estamos a recrutar Gestor para linha de retenção de clientes (M/F) para prestigiada empresa nossa cliente, de referência no seu setor de atividade.
Funções.
-Gestão de pedidos -Gestão notas de crédito e de encomendas devolvidas -Gestão de clientes -Processar os pedidos de vendas no sistema e agilizar os pedidos -Gestão de documentos e informações de clientes -Coordenar pedidos de devolução e emitir de notas de crédito -Gestão da comunicação interna e externa através de chamadas e e-mails -Gestão de reclamações Requisitos.
-Experiência em apoio ao cliente -Experiência em CRM e ERP-Systems -Inglês fluente (escrito e falado) Horário.
De segunda à sexta-feira das 09h às 18h Passagem a full-time consoante os KPI's alcançados.
