Customer Care Intern will work closely with our Customer Care Team supporting EMEA countries in providing the best service to serve our patients.
He/she will use SAP and Salesforce on daily basis to perform different tasks to fulfil orders and queries from our stakeholders.
Customer Care Intern’s role is a vital part of our international collaboration and EMEA sales organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Working closely with the team supporting local Customer Care businesses Daily use of Salesforce to register all incoming emails/requests from customers and sales representatives Performing transactions in SAP Sending invoices to customers Managing returns of products Creating delivery notes Processing credit notes Other tasks related to Customer Care support PROFILE REQUIREMENTS Enthusiastic students on bachelor or master level Attentive to details (accurate) is a must Polish native with excellent English oral and written communication skills is a must (Minimum B2).
Strong ability to create and maintain relationships.
