Responsabilidades.
Atendimento telefónico ao cliente; Gestão dos pedidos de abertura de tickets de técnicos/especialista de aplicação e pedidos via Teamplay Fleet; Gestão das plataformas de comunicação digital do Customer Care Centre (mailbox, Teams, Teamplay Fleet, Yammer, SMS); Suporte à gestão dos agendamentos com clientes; Permitir uma maior disponibilidade de todos para uma melhor comunicação com os CSE (customer services engineers) e CAS (Customer application services).
Requisitos.
Sem preferência no background; Experiência profissional no atendimento telefónico ao cliente; Inglês fluente (obrigatório); Proatividade na procura de soluções junto com os colegas de equipa; Dinamismo e vontade de aprender; Empatia e boa capacidade de comunicação; Skills de informática na ótica do utilizador.
