Responsibilities - your mission (see guiding questions below) * As part of the Operation management of the function Communications and Corporate Affairs your mission will be to draft and manage (COMPANY NAME) contracts in the scope of Brand Licensing, Sponsorships and potentially other contracts linked to the Communications and Corporate Affairs scope.
The transactional work will be done in close cooperation with Central Legal Affairs Intellectual Property.
Legal will support and validate the contracts under intellectual property and legal aspects.
* This mission will include * Draft, review, management and validation of contracts * Modification and update of our contracts (including templates) in accordance to our strategy and brand directives * Monitor, track, report and other follow-up of ongoing contracts * Control and alert of the implementation of all our contracts * Conduct audit control on products with licensed brands * Close cooperation with the Legal * Finally this mission will include the measurement and monitoring of all contracts in place Requirements - our ideal candidate will have (see guiding questions below / degree, skills, languages, tools...) * 5 years degree or more in Legal / contract management / business / economy * Experience in contract drafting and negotiations * Special knowledge in IP, in particular trademarks, and IP licensing * Ethic and Compliance skills knowledge * Cross-functional / multicultural experience * Rigorous * Tool.
