Content Moderator (German Speaker) Join Our Team in Porto Portugal! Location.

Review and moderate usergenerated content in German ensuring compliance with community guidelines and standards.
Identify and escalate inappropriate or harmful content taking swift action to maintain a safe and welcoming online environment.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement content policies and procedures effectively.
Provide support to users addressing inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and empathy.
Requirements.
Fluent in German (C1 level or above) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in English to collaborate with international teams and navigate communication channels effectively.
Previous experience in content moderation customer support or a related field is preferred but not required.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment.
Passionate about promoting online safety and fostering a positive user experience.
