A reputable company in Lisbon, Portugal, is currently seeking a Content Moderator to join their team.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a safe and secure online environment for users.
Responsibilities.
Monitor and analyze user-generated content to ensure compliance with safety standards and policies.
Investigate and respond to reports of inappropriate or harmful content.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and improve safety measures.
Conduct regular reviews of policies to ensure alignment with industry standards and best practices.
Provide timely and effective communication to users regarding safety-related matters.
Requirements.
Fluency in German (minimum C1 proficiency) is a must.
Proficiency in English (B2 level).
No previous experience required; Maximum until 12 months experience within Content Moderation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
