Content Administratorneeded to join our team on a permanent basis.
The opportunity.
We are looking for a creative, organised and experienced content specialist who is passionate about all things digital, has an obsession for detail and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll be doing.
* Content Authoring on Shopify CMS, including template creation, SEO updates, and launching campaigns (discounts and promotional banners etc.) * Peer review work according to brief * Validate tickets and identify additional needs/requirements * Troubleshoot content requests with technical support * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects * Manage multiple projects simultaneously * Ensure all content is compliant with company standards and guidelines What we want from you.
* Strong knowledge and experience with Shopify CMS * Content/content auditing experience * Project management skills * Experience with Project tracking software such as Jira * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment * Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite What we can offer you.
