Below is a summary of the desired functionalities.
Primary Functions.
- Employee management.
The core purpose of the app will be to aid in managing employees and their associated work processes.
Key Features.
- Employee Scheduling.
There is a need for a system that ensures efficient employee scheduling, allowing managers to better structure their team’s working hours.
- Task Tracking.
An effective task tracking functionality needs to be integrated, enabling both employees and managers to keep an eye on work progress.
- Attendance Management.
Lastly, a robust system for attendance management is required, to monitor punch-ins and punch-outs, leaves, etc.
A significant advantage will be bestowed upon developers who have previously worked on similar projects, as understanding of the workflow would be beneficial.
